Radreservierungen und Radtouren (Vorlaufzeit bei Radtouren - mind. 48H) sind nur ONLINE oder IM STORE möglich.
Bei der Buchung ist eine Anzahlung von 20% des Gesamtbetrags erforderlich. Der Restbetrag ist dann 5 Tage vor Mietantritt fällig. Sie erhalten hierzu eine Rechnung. Bei Buchungen
innerhalb von 5 Tagen vor Mietantritt ist der Gesamtbetrag fällig.
Sollte der Restbetrag nicht innerhalb 48 Stunden vor Mietantritt beglichen werden, wird die Reservierung ohne Gutschrift der Anzahlung storniert.
Stornierungen (z.B. durch Wetter, Krankheit, Urlaubsstornierung etc.) werden nicht zurück erstattet.
Mindestgebühr: 1 TAG (9:30 - 17:30 Uhr)
Bei gebuchten und vorausbezahlten Mountain- und E-Bikes gilt die Tagesrate (1 Kalendertag) von 9:30 - 17:30 Uhr.
Rückgabe der Räder erfolgt bis 17:30 Uhr.

Bike Bookings and Bike Tours (min. 48hrs booking in advance) can only be made ONLINE or in-store.
A deposit of 20% of the total booking amount will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining amount is due 5 days before the start of the rental period. A
separate invoice will be send to you via email.
Should the remainder of the outstanding balance not be paid 48 hours prior to the pick up date, the reservation will cancelled automatically without refund
and notice.
Bike Bookings made less than 5 days before the rental period, full payment is required upon booking.
All pre paid bike bookings are non refundable. No
refund on cancellation or weather conditions, illness, hotel cancellations etc.!
For booked and prepaid mountain and e-bikes, the daily rate (calendar day) applies from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Please have a valid identity card or passport ready when picking up the bike. A deposit of €50 per bike will be retained during the rental. The bikes are to be
returned by 5:30 p.m.
